FinAegis is a Mauritius-based fiduciary and financial services group, acting as a strategic partner in helping individuals, families and businesses achieve their personal and commercial objectives across borders. The group brings together two complementary entities.
FinAegis Ltd (FNL)
FinAegis Ltd is a Management Company incorporated in Mauritius and duly licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) to provide the formation, administration and management of Global Business Companies and Authorised Companies, corporate trusteeship, and business outsourcing services. FNL serves a wide and diverse international client base, including institutional investors, multinational corporations, high net worth individuals, family businesses, professional intermediaries and start-ups.
FinAegis Consulting Ltd (FCL)
FinAegis Consulting Ltd is the consulting and advisory arm of the group. FCL specialises in tax-efficient structuring, cross-border advisory, regulatory compliance and business process outsourcing for clients operating in or through Mauritius. Working in close coordination with FNL, FCL supports clients ranging from multinational groups and family offices to entrepreneurs and professional advisors, providing practical, commercially sound advice at every stage of the client relationship.

Our story
FinAegis took shape in 2012, when two professionals, Noufail Manjoo and Roshan Seetaram, each with years of experience inside established management and fiduciary firms, sat down to talk frankly about an industry they both knew well and both found wanting. Not wanting in expertise, nor in infrastructure, but in something simpler and harder to find: a genuine commitment to the client in front of you, rather than the volume of clients behind you.
The firm they founded opened its doors in 2013 as a small, deliberate operation, built on a straightforward proposition: every client deserves direct access to the people responsible for their affairs, and every structure should be built to last. That proposition has not changed.
In 2018 the group was brought together under the FinAegis name, and the nautilus was adopted as its symbol. The firm is larger now, more experienced and more capable than at the outset, but the commitment is the same.
Today, FinAegis serves over 50 active clients across Africa, Asia, Europe and beyond, administering Global Business Companies, Authorised Companies, trusts and foundations from its base at IconEbene, Ébène. As a one-stop shop, we coordinate the full lifecycle of a structure, working alongside trusted legal and audit partners so our clients are never left to assemble the pieces themselves.

The firm opens its doors
Noufail Manjoo and Roshan Seetaram co-found the firm in Mauritius with a small, determined team and a clear mandate: bespoke, personalised management company services built on genuine expertise and direct accountability to every client.
Brought together as FinAegis
The group adopts the FinAegis name, capturing both the financial expertise and the protective mandate at the heart of the firm, and takes the nautilus shell as its symbol.

FinAegis serves over 50 active clients across Africa, Asia, Europe and beyond, administering Global Business Companies, Authorised Companies, trusts and foundations from IconEbene, Ébène.
The symbol
Why the nautilus.
The nautilus shell was not chosen for its beauty, though it is beautiful. It was chosen because it is the most honest symbol of what we believe good fiduciary work actually is.
Protection
The nautilus carries its entire life inside a shell of its own making, a structure so precisely engineered that it distributes pressure evenly across every surface. That is what we build for our clients: structures that bear weight without breaking.
Structured growth
The spiral of the shell follows the golden ratio, growth that is proportional, ordered and permanent. Each chamber is larger than the last, yet the form never loses its integrity. That is how wealth and business should grow.
Navigation
The nautilus moves by adjusting the balance within its chambers, no fixed course, but a constant ability to rise, descend and reorient. Our clients operate across borders, jurisdictions and markets; navigating between them is what we do.
Durability
The nautilus has endured for over 500 million years, through five mass extinctions, by keeping a sound core design while continually adjusting how it lives. We build with the same ambition: structures sound enough to last, and adaptable enough to keep serving their purpose as regulation, markets and circumstances change.
